CHI 112 Elementary Chinese II
This course includes the basic fundamentals of the Chinese language within a cultural context of the Chinese people and its history. Emphasis is placed on the progressive development of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Upon completion, students should be able to comprehend and respond with increasing proficiency to spoken and written Chinese and demonstrate further cultural awareness. This course has been approved for transfer under the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement as a general education course in Humanities/Fine Arts. The course has been approved for transfer under the ICAA as a Humanities/Fine Arts. This is a Universal General Education Transfer Component (UGETC) course.
