HIS 162 Women and History

This course surveys the experience of women in historical perspective. Topics include the experiences and contributions of women in culture, politics, economics, science, and religion. Upon completion, students should be able to analyze significant political, socioeconomic, and cultural contributions of women in history. This course has been approved for transfer under the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement as a pre-major and/or elective course requirement. This course has been approved for transfer under the ICAA as a pre-major and/or elective course requirement.
