HUM 211 Humanities I
This course introduces the humanities as a record in literature, music, art, history, religion, and philosophy of humankind's answers to the fundamental questions of existence. Emphasis is placed on the interconnectedness of various aspects of cultures from ancient through early modern times. Upon completion, students should be able to identify significant figures and cultural contributions of the periods studied. This course has been approved for transfer under the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement as a general education course in Humanities/Fine Arts. This course has been approved for transfer under the ICAA as a general education course in Humanities/Fine Arts.
