GEO 112 Cultural Geography

This course is designed to explore the diversity of human cultures and to describe their shared characteristics. Emphasis is placed on the characteristics, distribution, and complexity of earth's cultural patterns. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the differences and similarities. This course has been approved for transfer under the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement as a general education course in Social/Behavior Sciences. This course has been approved for transfer under the ICAA as a general education course in Social/Behavior Sciences. in human cultural groups.
