Disclosures to Alleged Victims of Crimes of Violence or Non-forcible Sex Offenses

In a disciplinary proceeding resulting from alleged crimes of violence or non-forcible sex offenses, Wayne Community College’s Associate VP for Academic/Student Services shall send a letter explaining the outcome of the investigation to the complainant once the matter is investigated and a resolution established.
