Traffic and Parking Appeal Process

Students receiving citations or penalties resulting from alleged violations of the Traffic and Parking Policy may do any of the following:

  1. Pay the fine.
  2. File written appeal with the Director of Counseling Services within three business days of receipt of a citation. A ruling on the appeal will be made within five business days and the student will be notified in writing.
  3. Students dissatisfied with the decision of the Director of Counseling Services may make final appeal to the Associate VP for HR, Marketing, Safety, and Compliance within three business days.
