The Career and College Promise (CCP) Program provides educational opportunities for eligible North Carolina high school students to enroll in college-level courses tuition-free while still enrolled in high school classes. 

Program pathways include the following:  College Transfer (CT), Career and Technical Education (CTE), both a curriculum CTE pathway leading to a certificate or diploma, and a Workforce Continuing Education pathway leading to a state or industry-recognized credential, and Cooperative Innovative High Schools (Wayne Early Middle College High School and Wayne School of Engineering).
